We are a Victorian based company and use Australia Post for our deliveries. For shipment updates please use the tracking number provided in your shipped confirmation email or contact your local postal service with your tracking number.

By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing an order, you agree that Rusty and Friends is not responsible for any delays that may occur with your delivery. As we use Australia Post we cannot cancel orders once shipped and Rusty and Friends takes no responsibility for missing, stolen or undelivered goods. 

If your delivery address was provided incorrectly, and not the fault of Rusty and Friends, any additional costs incurred to Rusty and Friends will be passed on to the purchaser.

• Orders under $150.00 - $9.95 Parcel Post
• Orders over $150.00 - Free Post (Does NOT include pet bedding)

Please note - Elevated Pet Bedding attracts a different shipping rate depending on how many ordered and the location delivered. Please send us a query to quote the shipping cost.

Any returns or exchanges you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and please include a prepaid Australia Post satchel for your exchange to be returned. If no prepaid satchel is included a refund will be processed for you to re-order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We are a small business, please allow 1-3 business days for your orders to be dispatched.

Pre-Orders

All pre-order items are shipped altogether once the pre-order arrives. If there is a delay with the pre-order of more than 3 weeks we will ship your main order separately. No additional postal costs if the pre-order is delayed and sent separately.
